		<description>Best to call your town&#039;s local buidling office and get the exact requirments.  They probably have a handout/copy/instructions for reference.  The worst thing is to go ahead and do the job and find out later it didn&#039;t meet local codes and they made you either redo or remove/take down the work.</description>

		<description>The heigher you go the easier it is to use them. I would suggest you place them at the same height as the ones currently in the house. If your worried about water you can out them at 18&quot; which is where they are put for people in wheel chairs. I would also GFCI protect the circuits.</description>
